Great for increasing circulation, detoxifying your skin and of course extremely relaxing after your workout.  It will leave your body and mind totally replenished.  Or sit back, relax and unwind in the luxurious warmth of our saunas.
Our spacious, luxurious changing facilities offer complimentary lockers, toiletries and hairdryers to make life easy.  There is also a towel hire service available from reception.
