As an accredited spinning centre, we have a timetable of 14 beginner, intermediate and advanced classes every week. 
Accolade Health & Fitness takes pride in providing the original indoor cycling programme.  Spinning is more than a workout – it’s a journey to health & fitness!
Spinning is an effective way to get the results you want.

 

An opportunity for you to experience a personal challenge, camaraderie and energy – all at your own pace.   Spinning is an intense yet low impact workout on a stationary bike.  Torch 400 – 500 calories a session while maintaining the ability to go at your own pace. 

 

An excellent class to improve strength, fitness ability and of course to sweat out the events of your day.
