Ladies Gym gym

Our Ladies gym provides a great, friendly, personalised service exclusively for ladies.  Postural assessment and core stability work is a crucial part of the programmes provided for our female members.  As you’d expect, each programme is individually written and you are welcome to book in time with our female instructors for a free re-programme.  Our team are at hand to keep you focused and help you get the most out of your training. 

 

The ladies gym offers 8 toning tables which help stretch the muscles under tension gently taking your limbs through their range of motion.  They aid flexibility in all ages and fitness abilities, are a non impact work out and are good for people with joint pain, disabilities or obesity problems.

 

We welcome all ladies to join us to experience a friendly, non-intimidating way of training to achieve their desired goals. 

 

Join our ladies gym every Tuesday from 12pm – 12.45pm in an energising mini workout designed to work your whole body.  Mini Circuits is a lively lunchtime class full of energetic fun in just 45 minutes, each week concentrating on a different muscle group. 

 

For example:
Week 1 – Upper Body
Week 2 – Lower Body
Week 3 – Cardio

 

This will then rotate and repeat itself every week!!  

 

Opening Hours of our ladies gym are:

Mon – Fri     9am – 9pm
Sat/Sun         9am – 2pm

 

Whether its weight loss, general fitness, toning or you are completely new to the gym environment, our team will happily take you through a programme and keep you motivated to achieve your desired goals.
