Accolade Health & Fitness is a large independent Health & Fitness Centre situated close to Southampton City Centre. 

 

Our club has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and has benefited from the improvement and upgrade of its current facilities. 

 

Here at Accolade we offer an affordable, fun, rewarding approach to health and fitness.  Not only do we provide a friendly and non-intimidating atmosphere but we have expert instructors at hand to help you achieve your goals.
